Laser Hair Removal
Usually, people resort to waxing, threading, plucking, tweezing, and application of creams, etc. to remove this unwanted hair. And all these methods are temporary hair removal methods and are also painful which adds to stress.
So do we have a permanent, pain-free and not so costly hair removal method?
LASER HAIR REMOVAL is the one stop solution to all the above problems.
Laser hair removal is the process of hair removal by means of exposure to pulses of laser light that destroy the hair follicle (the root of the hair). To explain: A very intense beam of light is passed through the skin at the hair root. The dark hair becomes very hot and destroys the cells that produce the hair. If the light is intense enough, the hair follicle is damaged to an extent where it can no longer produce hair at all.
A pulse of light to the treatment area will be given and will be watched by the nurse/doctor for several minutes to make sure the best settings are used and to check for bad reactions.
You will be given ice packs, anti-inflammatory creams or lotions, or cold water to ease any discomfort when the procedure is completed. 4 to 8 sessions are required for permanent reduction of hair and you may schedule your next session four to six weeks later.

- Potential signs of complication
It is important that you follow all patient care instructions provided by your doctor. A detailed instruction will be provided by the doctor about the normal symptoms you will experience.
Immediately following laser hair removal you will have smoother skin and reduction in the number of hairs in the treated area. Minor skin irritation or redness may be noticed after the treatment which usually resolves quickly. Specially formulated skin care products and/or a prescribed skin care regimen need to be used after the treatment. It is mandatory to use sunscreen on any treated area that is exposed to the sun. If your skin redness and irritation persists you should contact your doctor to see if there is a problem that needs to be treated. You can always call us for any queries at 6361347722.

The number of treatments varies from patient to patient. However, we recommend six to eight treatments to see good results.
With the advancement in technology, Laser can be used on all skin colors. The results depend on the thickness and color of the hair.
